The Chunchura Bidhansabha Utsab often feature live performances, including traditional dances, music, and theatrical presentations. Many famous artists come here to program.

This allows attendees to experience the richness of various cultural expressions. Food is a central element of this fair, and this fairs typically include a variety of ethnic foods and beverages. Attendees can sample and enjoy dishes of this fair. There have many educational workshops and demonstrations to attendees about specific cultural practices, arts and crafts, or traditional skills. Another major attraction of the fair is the Puspo Prodorshoni. They are enjoyable events that celebrate the richness and uniqueness of various cultures, helping to break down cultural barriers and promote a spirit of harmony and respect.

Chunchura, a picturesque town situated on the western bank of the sacred river Ganges in West Bengal, is steeped in history and culture. It is a place where time seems to stand still, allowing one to relive the grandeur of its glorious past. Over centuries, Chunchura has been a melting pot of diverse cultures, religions, and historic events, leaving an indelible mark on Bengal's civilization.

Chunchura also played a pivotal role in the freedom struggle of India. Leaders like Mahatma Gandhi and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose visited this town, inspiring its people to join the national movement for independence. The literary and cultural ethos of Chunchura was enriched by luminaries like Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar and Rishi Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay, who had ties to the region, influencing its social and educational reforms.
